Dr. Helen Douglas and Associates abide by the privacy legislation that protects a patients health and personal information form abuse and misuse both in our clinic and in circumstances when it is released from our office.

We require your permission to transfer your pet's file to another veterinary clinic or laboratory and cannot do so without your signature on our from.

Our clinic collects personal and your pet's health information form you. It is used primarily to deliver safe and efficient patient care, to communicate on your behalf with other health care providers.
